Sandwich Panel Ducts

Ducts with sandwich panels made with rigid foamed polyurethane insulation covered on both sides with aluminium sheets.
Physical and structural features vary according to use and to the system’s operational conditions.

Advantages

Eco-sustainable: polyurethane is made with Hydrotec technology, which uses water as foaming agent.
Safety in the event of fire: fire reaction class: 0-1 (according to DM 31.03.03); F1 (according to AFNOR NF F16-101); Low Smoke toxicity: FED and FEC < 0.3 (according to prEN 50399-2-1/1).

Safety in the event of earthquake: very light, high flexible stiffness, high vibration damping.

Reduced leakage: exclusive invisible flange system, designed for Class C (UNI EN 13403 regulations).

Excellent thermal insulation: low conductivity and no risk of condensation.

Air hygiene and quality: specific applications with self-cleaning and antibacterial systems to ensure the best hygiene.

Easily installed and assembled: light build means reduced stress on load-bearing structures and supporting components. In special cases it is possible to build ducts on site to optimize transport costs.

  • Devices: corner reinforcement brackets, bayonets, plastic corners, supporting components.

Indoor treatment: standard/antibacterial/self-cleaning and antibacterial/corrosion-proof.
Outdoor Treatment: Gum Skin waterproofing.
